David's Medical Supply respects the privacy of its customers' personal or health related information and will not, under any circumstances, exchange, sell or otherwise spread the use of any information collected on the website, by telephone or by mail. All information collected will be kept confidential and used only to serve customers or as required by law.

The security of your credit card information is a top priority. We have, therefore, taken significant steps to ensure that your payment and personal information is processed accurately, confidentially and securely. Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) utilizing 128-bit SSL certificates with encryption.  As an added level of security, David's Medical Supply does not maintain records of credit card numbers and/or their expiration dates on file. This information is securely passed directly to our credit card processing company during the ordering process.

David's Medical Supply periodically sends out promotional e-mails containing new products and/or discounts. Be sure to check the box "Subscribe to Mail List" to be added to our mailing list when your create an account with us. If you do not wish to receive these promotional e-mails in the future,  please send us an email at service@davidsmedicalsupply.com to be removed from our subscriber list.

Medicare Reimbursements

David's Medical Supply does submit claims to Medicare for local customers only. If you would like for us to submit your Medicare claim, please call (740)687-0195 or email monica@davidsmedicalsupply for information on how to place your order.

How To Order & Methods of Payment

For your shopping convenience, David's Medical Supply accepts most major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  Our website is secure and is the fastest, most efficient way to process your order. 

However, if you are not comfortable with placing online orders, please select "Phone/Fax" as method of payment when you checkout. Then print your order and phone or fax it to us at (740)687-0195.  Be sure to call us with your credit card information or include it on your fax.

In addition, please make certain that your order number is written clearly on your check. All orders are processed when payment is received. Therefore, if you are paying by check or e-check your order may be delayed for up to one week to allow for the funds to completely clear. Returned checks are subject to a minimum fee of $25.00

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on all taxable merchandise shipped within State of Ohio.  If the customer or facility receiving the merchandise is registered in the state of Ohio and is legally exempt from sales tax, include a copy of your exemption or resale certificate with your payment. Your sales tax will then be credited on all future orders.
