your child is feeling sad, down,
or worried, your instinct is to
wrap them up, give them a warm
milky drink, a favorite teddy
and settle them down with a book
or movie. This helps make them
feel safe, loved and warm. You
may know the expression
"inner child" - the
theory is that inside each of us
is our own inner child who needs
some attention and love. A ‘COMFORT

is a
way to give yourself that
attention. The idea is that you
find a box BIG enough to
