• You must call us at (740)687-0195 or email service@davidsmedicalsupply.com if you would like to return an item.

• David's Medical Supply does not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.   However, products ordered and subsequently refused by a customer at their address or returned without contacting David's Medical Supply will automatically incur a 20% restocking fee.

• All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in resalable condition and contain the original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

• Due to health regulations and safety concerns, merchandise that has come into direct contact with the human body or has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items such as, but not limited to, compression stockings, incontinence, hand splints, commodes, ostomy and other medical supplies and products that are for single-use. 

• David's Medical Supply will only pay return shipping costs if returned items are defective or we were responsible for an error in processing your order.

• Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 7 business days.
