Has
my order shipped?
If your order is
in stock, your order will be
processed and shipped within 1-3
business days. You will
receive and email when your order
has been shipped with details of
the shipping method and a tracking
number, if applicable.

When
will my backorder arrive?
If an item in
your order has been backordered or
if there is any delay in
processing your order, you will
receive an email notifying you
with an estimated date your order
will be available for shipment.

do I cancel my order?

if your order has already been
shipped, please follow our Return

is a "saved cart"?
If you add items

they will be available for you to

will be added to your current
