Do you submit claims to Medicare?

David's Medical Supply does submit claims to Medicare for local customers only. If you would like for us to submit your Medicare claim, please call (740)687-0195 or email monica@davidsmedicalsupply.com for information on how to place your order.


Has my order shipped?

If your order is in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  You will receive and email when your order has been shipped with details of the shipping method and a tracking number, if applicable.  Please sign in to your account if you would like to retrieve this information.


When will my backorder arrive?

If an item in your order has been backordered or if there is any delay in processing your order, you will receive an email notifying you with an estimated date your order will be available for shipment.


How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.  Please email us at service@davidsmedicalsupply.com or call us at (740)687-0195 as soon as possible.  However, if your order has already been shipped, please follow our Return Policy.


What is a "saved cart"?

If you add items to your "saved cart", they will be available for you to purchase the next time you sign in to your account.  When you are ready to actually purchase an item in your "saved cart", simply click on the "Buy Now" button and it will be added to your current order.  This is also a great way to keep track of things you would be re-ordering.

What if forgot my password?

Go to the customer "Sign In" page and click on "Forgot Your Password".  It will be immediately emailed to you.


An item is missing from my shipment?

Please email us at service@davidsmedicalsupply.com or call us at (740)687-0195 and we will correct our mistake and ship the missing item as soon as possible.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is collected on all taxable merchandise shipped within State of Ohio.
